  ~Internet advertising on highly rated, Realtor.com, for 6 months, with a color picture to highlight your property (picture provided by Seller and emailed to us to upload to system).

~Additional Internet Advertising- Your property will also be listed on our company website at, WWW.SEANSOUNDPROPERTIES.COM. It will include a description, pictures and your contact information.

  ~Use of a lockbox (if you are listing a home), which allows Agents convenient and secure access to your property for showings.

  ~Use of a Sea n' Sound Properties company yard sign. Our sign lets Agents know that you are on the Realtor MLS and lets you capture drive-by traffic 24/7.

~ A blank sign rider will be provided to you so you can have your contact phone number on it. This attaches to the company yard sign mentioned above. This way all those interested parties who are "drive-by's" will be reaching you directly! 

~ One Open House Announcement, with your date and time, will be inserted into the MLS and Realtor.com, during the term of your listing.

~ Also included in this package is one (1) Listing Amendment, to make any changes you wish to your listing after the initial entry is made.

   ~ A forms package will also be supplied to you, which includes the Offer to Purchase and Contract, and the Federal and State required disclosure forms.

Sales Finalization Fee of $125.00 will be a required payment from Seller once settlement takes place. This is for the processing that the State requires Broker's to complete upon the sale of a property.

Comparative Market Analysis - $75.00     An estimate of the value of a property, based on an analysis of properties that have sold, with similar characteristics. This service will help you to determine the most likely sales price for your home or lot. The more accurately your property is priced for the market, the quicker it should sell.

Listing Agreement Extention - $150.00   You may request to extend your listing agreement in three (3) month increments.

Photo Assistance - $50.00  This service is provided if you need for us to go and take the pictures of your property, for uploading to the MLS and realtor.com.

Consulting - $50.00 Hr.- One on one consulting with Broker. One (1) hour minimum.
